Co-op 1-4: Temple

These co-op missions are pretty straightforward. For this particular achievement you will not have to complete all the secondary objectives, however if you want the:
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced WarfighterPerfect chapter 1 (Multiplayer)The Perfect chapter 1 (Multiplayer) achievement in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter worth 108 pointsComplete all primary and secondary objectives in chapter 1

which ties in with all four co-op missions then you will have to complete all the secondary objectives before the main objective.

There's no point in doing all four co-op missions and not going for the extra Perfect Chapter achievement at the same time as it's only a tad more effort. These missions can be done alone, there's two factors to bear in mind when considering extra players; the more players you have in the game the more enemies you will have to deal with so having 16 is not recommended and also too many players will slow connection speeds for everyone. Ideally I'd recommend a good squad of 4-6 with a designated host to hang back and co-ordinate the mission, however if you don't know the other players in the game it's probably best to set the game to 8 players and let everyone do their own thing (just make sure to warn everyone not to complete the main objective before the secondary objectives).

Setting It Up
Press cn_start from main menu then select - Multiplayer - Xbox Live - Join & Ready - Player Match (but can be done in ranked) - Create Match (if you have a few friends or a session set up select private, otherwise select public to allow random players to join in). In the pre-game lobby change Mode to Campaign, Type to Mission (Do Not Edit), Map to Temple, and Time to 60 minutes. There's no need to restrict any kits, and the advanced settings you want to leave mostly unaltered, just make sure you set the number of players high enough to fit all your friends in. Also set the 'Game Start Timer' to 10 seconds as this will allow time for everyone to connect properly before the action begins. There's no need to alter player options at all. Press cn_Y to open the lobby, then invite your friends or just wait for random players to join. Once you have your team you can start by pressing cn_start or you can allow everyone to ready up with cn_X.

The Mission
You should have a good mix of player types for this map as nothing is particular. I'd recommend assigning the drone to one member of the team, that way it will be used and it won't be tugged and pulled around the map, the best way to use the drone is to open your map with the cn_back button and move the small reticle (x) using cn_LS over the area you want to monitor, then push cn_up to move it there.

Your squad will begin in the far bottom right (southeast) of the map. Move the drone right up to grid F4 and proceed through the pass and along to the ruins on the left side of the road for cover. There's only 2-4 enemies right up to grid F4 but if you start shooting you will get 6-8 enemies and an armoured car rushing towards you, so grab some cover and pick them off as they come. Ignore the primary objective for now and proceed west, you will then receive the only secondary objective, which is to destroy three 'Weapons Caches'.
Sometimes because of a glitch the drone becomes stuck and circles around, if this happens just repeatedly try to move it and it will eventually sort itself out.
Move the drone to the south west Weapons cache and proceed towards it. Circle round the left and kill off the 6-8 enemies around it.

The weapons cache has to be manually blown up (unlike GRAW 2) so a grenade launcher is best (but a grenade or LMG/Sniper Rifle will suffice) if you use explosives assign one man to do it and get everyone else to stand well back. Once the cache is fully destroyed move the drone to grid D4 and proceed directly east. You'll come to an old stone arch with up to 6 enemies around it, assault it from the west and south and then proceed through it keeping to the right and watching both flanks as you move to the large ruins on the right. Clear out the 2-4 guys in these ruins and move the drone over the second cache in the northeast. You should encounter minimal resistance here and blow the second cache up. Move the drone over the primary objective in the middle north and begin to assault the collection of large ruins to your west. Move in, in a wide formation coming from the east and southeast picking off all enemies around the ruins, you could encounter up to 28 enemies here so be careful.

The Lieutenant (your primary objective) will either hold at the top or begin to make a getaway through the bushes in the south. If he stays put just take him out like any other enemy but if he runs carefully pursue him and kill him (he can't actually escape the map so don't get yourself killed by haphazardly running after him). Once he's dead you'll activate the final objective which is to move to the extraction point, whatever you do don't allow anyone to go to the extraction point yet at all, doing so will fail the secondary objective. Instead move the drone over the final Cache and proceed west towards it. By this time there shouldn't be any enemies there so just destroy the cache.

Now move the drone over to grid C5, and everyone else to the extraction zone. Ensure your whole team is together before moving into the zone marked with four blue flares because when you do you will activate an enemy assault on the extraction zone. Position your men at the back of the zone behind the pillars and pick off the enemies as they rush through the right (north) side of the zone. Once they are all dead (some linger behind and you'll have to wait for them, don't go out to seek them) the helo will descend and its mission accomplished.
Both achievements for Coop 1-4 and Perfect Chapter 1 (multiplayer) will pop after the extraction scene (if you've followed all four guides).
