FunkDog's solution is a good one. You can also get it by placing and erasing a single piece. While in build mode, create a triange. Tap on one of the bamboo pieces, and it will be erased. Tap in that location again, and the bamboo will be added back. After doing that 5000x, you'll unlock the achievement.
