1cc, which is 1 continue clear, needed for this achievement is not an easy task even that you can do all first 6 stages on lvl 1. You have to keep your game settings at default to earn achievements so no extra lives or bombs from the settings unfortunately.

My route:

My playthroughs are always like this and I aim for the no damage until the Hades Castle.
Stage C-1 lvl1, get 1000 items
Stage C-2 lvl2
Stage B-1 lvl1, get 1000 items
Stage A-2 lvl1
Stage A-1 lvl1, get 1000 items
Stage B-2 lvl1

(This route is in the other solution too and has been posted on multiple sites. I use it but I don't take any credit for finding it.)

My tips

Firstly, keep in mind that you get extra lives at 20mil and another at 45mil. With Rosa you should be able to get them both even when playing on lvl1 (except C-2).
Second, I always aim for the no damage in first 6 stages and I think so should you so practise, a lot! It's not necessary but I think it's "easy" enough to actually do as the Hades Castle is without a doubt the hardest stage as it's always on lvl3.
Third, use everything you got to get to the Tyrannosatan WITH 3 lifes and 3 bombs. If you manage to do that the achievement is already yours. The less you have bombs, the harder it's going to be for you.

Also my biggest tip! If in doubt, BOMB! I have so many times though that I might be able to dodge this and then got hit. You lose all bombs you have for that life. You always get 3 bombs per life and you also lose those 3 bombs if you get hit and didn't use them.

With Rosa I always used her power shot (A and B button on default controls) as the homing roses are really good at clearing space. You can of course use her turbo shot (RT and LT on default) to kill those green one-eyed things, Big green flower snakes and little blue reapers to get more items.

C-1:
Nothing special here. Learn the enemy patterns and collect 1000 items for the next stage. You can do damage faster to the cow if you move your Fairy in front of you. Other than that you should be able to kill the cow after it has launched those cubes at you, you can easily evade them by flying over them.

C-2:
Remember lvl2! That's because we want a lot of points from this stage. Use your super (A+B buttons) when you reach the first rocks, which is actually at the start of the stage. Then shoot at them as long as you can to rack up points fast. Your super mode should last all the way to the big rock that shoots rocks at four directions. There I usually kill the first two swarms of one-eyed balls and then go to the left side and just shoot at the rock. I usually place my Fairy above me so I can shoot at two rock points at once. At the end there is a part where flames come from below and it can be tricky so practise this part by putting your Fairy beneath you and shoot those shooter enemies before you have to go to their level.
The dragon is pretty annoying on lvl2 and that's why I always just shoot at it till it starts shooting at me, then I bomb it. When it starts to shoot again I bomb it again and it dies. Goes without saying that I of course shoot it all the time even when the bombs explode. You only lose 2 bombs and no lifes, I think it's a fair trade.

B-1:
Really nothing special here too. If you are having trouble just stay away as far as possible and once again collect 1000 items.
The Tree is pretty linear and I usually just shoot at it from far away and stay pretty center. You have to move a little bit to evade those first triple arrow shots but after that the three first rotating shots should miss you completely and the you move a little bit up to evade the fourth. You should be able to kill the boss even before the apples.

A-2:
In this stage I usually use super after a high hill when those crows come from the tree to attack you, also at the near start of the stage. The reason for this is that I try to get the instant recharge at the big house. It usually fails but if it works you get free 1000 items. I don't know the trick perfectly but what I do is that I try to blow up the house just split second before my super ends so it spawns golden crowns and then I collect them fast on normal mode.
The Head is pretty easy but just remember to keep an eye for the stones. I usually, at the start, fly a little bit higher and concentrate on destroying the stones as they can overhelm you. Other than that it's pretty straight forward boss and should die when the purple bullets have risen from the ground.

A-1:
Here too just survive the the stage and collect 1000 items. Once again if doubt or you have problems, keep distance. However remember that in this stage there are lots of enemies coming from behind you too.
The Boss is propably easiest in the game imo. He first comes from right and then from left. You can predict his spawn points by following the purple smoke.

B-2:
*Some people like to play this stage as lvl2 because you can get a cake at the end from the car. It however only gives you half a life which, imo, isn't worth the trouble. Not that it's hard but I'm myself so used to playing this route that I might get hit by something stupid and that is not worth the cake. But do what fits you best.*

In this stage I use the super when the big green enemy come to screen. I usually wait for it to shoot before using super.
I think only hard or annoying part about Sakura is that she shoots those big purple balls. At first they are kinda hard to evade but you'll get use to them. I usually evade them by going down to evade the first balls and the immidiately up as they don't come with the exact same route. After that she throws pots at you which actually reach the end of the screen so watch out. After them she starts shooting at you but should also die at the moment if you have been shooting her all the time.

Hades Castle:

I'm sorry but I don't really have a good strategy for this stage except that the most important things for me to remember are when and where; the green dragons and horsemen that shoot a lot of bullets, come. Try to get your item counter to 1000 before or when you're at the part where lots of green dragons spawn from both side of the screen. Also use your super at that part because it's a lot of dodging and after that you meet the familiar Cow from C-1. Now do your best to kill it without too many cubes fall down. After that there are long stairs where unfortunately you face more horsemen. Try to memorize their spawn points so you can at least kill on of them before they start to shoot. Also remember if you still have that one bomb that is usually left over from the first 6 stages, don't be afraid to use it!
Other very annoying enemies are the big orange ones. If possible use super to get rid of them fast. You might not like this but I highly suggest that when you are near the dance hall start saving your items. Try to get through dance hall without super so you can use it on Jitterburg.

*Special Jitterburg note*
- You can get a big cake (replenishes 2 life bars) from Jitterburg IF you beat him without using a single bomb. This is hard and not for everyone and at this point when you reach Jitterburg you should choose which one you are going for; the cake or the safety of the bomb. Don't try both as it usually ruins everything you have worked for.

When the fight with Jitterburg starts be pretty close to him but not that close that you take hit and use X button to use lock shot. Just remember that with Rosa your back has to be against the enemy for the lock shot to work so be sure you are turned around by pressing A to look different way. You will do double damage as long as your item counter is up and with lock shot you can focus on dodging. Of course with Rosas tracking roses you can also use the power shot. Nobody said it was going to be easy.

And finally like I said at the start, my strategy for this whole 1cc is to get to the Tyrannosatan with 3 lifes and 3 bombs. If you don't have that I wish you the best luck to dodge all his bullets and kick his ass! As the strategy I'm aiming for in this battle is to bomb him to death.
I do have some tips however:
After the first pattern of bullets he will shoot a crazy amount of small bullets, however don't be afraid, if you are at the center of the screen you can just move straight to right past the bullets in a narrow path.
After the cube part he will spawn purple balls that won't hurt you but when in touch with you, generate more of those small bullets that have trajectory like * shaped. The trick here is to move as far away from them as possible as the bullets will spread so wide it's kinda easy to dodge them.
When he get's above you try to get him on your lock shot so you can once again focus on dodging as there isn't much room under him.
And like always remember to use bombs!

Good luck!
