Very easy achievement. All you have to do is get to the main map and press RT once. You get to the main map (like the map from Dragon Age: Origins after leaving the party camp) by going to an exit on the current level you are on, and when you get there it should say "leave area" above your head, you hit A to leave, then it takes you to the main map.
