  You get this while listing to Varric tell your "true" story to the woman of the Chantry very close to the start of the game.

  Short tutorial, learning basics in a few battles. I was a mage and as soon as I saw myself in a bar/home/meeting place, (before anyone spoke — the beginning of a cutscene), my achievement-Tale Within a Tale popped for 5 GS.
  
  Under the Microsoft Rewards, this achievement counted as the 50 points in the “Achieve more. Earn more.” I mention this as I’ve seen several 360 games NOT give credit for this.
