The Peng treasure in Dead Space 2: Severed is quite easy to get. You have to go through the Kinesis room from the Dead Space 2 main storyline (clear the enemies out), and then up the elevator. Continue forward (and beware the crawling raptor), and keep right, and go through the door. You will find yourself in the shower room from the main story. Head into the room a little ways and you will see a Pregnant come from a little room in front of you. Kill this, and kill the enemies that spawn behind you. Just past the initial Pregnant is the Peng Treasure, standing tall and proud.
