This achievement is called "EpidemiK" . Complete a game against a 2K developer or against someone who has. It is a viral, so it will eventually spread around, but right now just keep playing online and eventually you'll find someone who has and be sure to complete the game or it won't unlock.

NOTE: This will unlock in online leagues as well. Credit to Otilla e Gabita for that (some tool downvoted every single solution I had on here, and I pride myself on a good solution ratio so reposting every single one)
