How to unlock the Team Player achievement

    When you are on the multiplayer main menu, the game automatically creates a squad for you that others can join. Have 2 of your friends (or anyone else for that matter) join you then play a match of any type via Quick Match.

    Apparently, I had a friend join a squad mid-way through a match and he still unlocked the achievement at the end of the match, so it appears you don't have to play the full match but only have to have a game end.

    Just join them how exactly? Or did you mean get on the mic and talk them into letting you join them?

    Hit the guide, go to friends, scroll over to recent player, and find them on the list. Pick one and select "Join session in progress". Achievement should unlock at the end of the match. I saw 3 people with the same clan tag. I joined them and the achievement unlocked at the end of the game :)

    GWARRRRRStill lost on this solution. I've played team deathmatch with +3 players on my team. I'm more than likely doing it wrong, any feedback is appreciated.

    iMaginaryy@GWARRRRR, a little late in response but for anyone who reads this and is confused:

    You need to be in a squad with at least 3 players, not just in a game. A squad is like an xbox live party, where the players are seperated from the rest of the multiplayer lobby (mostly just by distinction and chat in this case, I believe).

    The game will show you your squad when you first go to the multiplayer menu (it'll say 'initializing squad' with a yellow bar on the right side of the screen). You need to either invite players, or join other players in progress. Stremmi and Dizzy's comments show how to do this in the easiest manner possible.

    olde fortran 77Well this is a little odd. For this solution, just read the comments by Stremmi, Dizzy Domes, and imaginaryy.
    I played some rounds, got out, remembered a name that was in a lot of games and killed me a lot, went into "friends" and joined his session. As I was joining, I noticed his name and another player in yellow letters. Played through the round and got the achievement at the end.
