  This can be done at any part of the game, just make sure you have some cover wherever you are and aim at their heads. After you get the 3rd one, a small but noticeable message will appear on screen that reads "3 of 4 headshots in a row" and that will be your clue that you're one away. Achievement will pop right after you get the 4th guy in the head and he drops to the ground. Can only be done in single player

  I think the game might just give this achievement away or I got four three head shots without even noticing. One guy got out of a Humvee I aimed for his head and the next few guys should have been body shots.

  I didn't get any kind of screen pop up, but a really easy place to do it is on ch. 3 right after the bridge collapse and there's dust everywhere. Sneak through that area there's a lot of guys walkin around alone and they can't really see you, plus a lot of hiding spots to regenerate your cloak.

  Yea pretty sure one of my 3 were body shots but I got the 3 out of 4 message as well.

  Should be noted that it's the killing shot that counts. I missed a few rounds using a burst fire weapon and as long as you get the kill with a headshot, you get the achievement.
