Create a Superstar, give them a moveset you're comfortable with.
Go into Path of Champions and select Tag Team since its the easiest out of the mode.
Whilst doing this, tick off who you/partner pins/finishes, so you know who you have already defeated with created superstar so that achievement doesn't take too long.
