There are only 8 levels in the game, but save often with multiple saves. I just beat the game without a "Hero" dying, but the achievement didn't unlock. Here is the reason. Any type of Character the you "summon" to the battlefield, counts as a Hero, which I had heard before. But, there is another that also counts that I didn't know about. The Eagles that you summon from your Elven fortress, also count as Hero's! Therefore I had an Eagle die on level 8, and the achievement didn't pop.

So don't let any Hero's die for all 8 levels! The achievement should pop at the completion of level 8.

OldMateClownSo does ths mean that any unit counts as a hero or that any specific and uniquely named unit is classed as a hero?

SpectreSubZeroAny unit that you have to "summon" counts as a hero. That includes any of the dragons, fire drakes, summoned beings by use of your powers, and heros.

Flexzthamana good way to check if you finished the level correctly, is to check the stats after a level, if you scroll downward you can see the numer of heroes that died, it shoud remain on 0 for every level.

keyhole69Can anyone confirm that if a hero dies on a level you can just replay it and carry on? Also do you have to complete them in order or are you able to go any order so long as at one point, each of the 8 levels have been completed without hero deaths?
