Seeing as how I'm the first to post a solution for this achievement nearly 1 year after the game's release tells me 2 things.
- #1: Most gamers think Rush'N Attack: Ex-Patriot sucks.
- #2 : Most people are not sure how this achievement unlocks.

Well folks, I don't either. I played the game twice and all I can tell you is how I unlocked the achievement. So, here's the steps:

1. Stealth kill as many enemies possible. It gives you the most points and points are supposed to determine the moves you unlock. You will have to shoot or hand-to-hand fight a few enemies, but stealth killing people from dark doorways and crouching behind them is where the biggest amounts of points in 1 kill come from. Veteran Difficulty awards more points for stealth kills, but it is of course, more difficult.

2. When you insert both batteries into the underground drill and it starts up in the 2nd act, don't follow the drill just yet. Instead go head on against the enemies coming out of the 2 cave openings all the way to the left of the floor the drill is on. You might have to block a few attacks, but use the attack on each enemy of X+Y. Here you will rack up TONS of points, so long as you hit multiple enemies in rapid succession to build up a connecting, chained combo.

3. You will unlock this achievement shortly after the drill sequence in Act 2 before the 2nd boss (the Tank) somewhere around the area of 617,845 points on Rookie Difficulty. I watched the points as close as I could. It's as accurate as I could see, so rack up the points to 617,845.

That's it! I hope it works for you as it did for me!
