The Name is OTSU!
Earned the bonus for destroying all "Otsu" without dying.

On the asteroid base in mid stage 2, there are some green hidden objects like this.

These are "Otsu" items. They are hidden at first and show up if you shoot their location for a while. And by shooting them for a little more, they are destroyed and you'll earn a Mystery Bonus.

The point value of the mystery bonus start with 500 points and increases with each Otsu you destroyed. There are total of 6 Otsu in the base, and if you destroyed all of them, the final bonus will be 80,000 points. But if you died in the process, the bonus point value is reset to 500. So you must get all Otsu without dying to get the full 80,000 points. This achievement unlocks by doing that.

In co-op play, the bonus point will be also reset when the guest player died.

The locations of Otsu items are not difficult to find if you played this stage for several times. Just for reference these are the rough locations and point values of each.

Left - 500 pts.
Right - 1000 pts.
Right - 4,000 pts. Most likely, this bonus will be earned during the mini boss fight and you'll hardly see the actual Otsu item.
Left - 10,000 pts.
Right - 40,000 pts.
Right - 80,000 pts.

Irrelevant to unlocking this achievement, this Otsu item follows the similar hidden items appeared in the game "Star Soldier" on Nintendo. The Japanese character for Otsu resembles the "Z" shown on the original item in Star Soldier.
