    Story related and not missable it pops toward the end of chapter 8. This the chapter where the funnels first show up.

    FreedSquare4945This unlocked for me after completing (but before exiting) test chamber 15; which is shortly before the 'Smash TV' achievement can be finished in chamber 16.
