This is a very easy achievement and if you have no second controller try the following solution. The requirement is to clear a song on difficult or higher with no step arrows shown at all. To configure this, press Y and set Appearance to Stealth.
Choose a song with a steady beat. If you have trouble using Konami Originals try one of the licensed songs. Lady Gaga works, but most other song as well. Select difficult as this is the minimum requirement and most songs use steps at the beat and exactly half of the beat.
What you want to do now is to spam all four buttons A, B, X and Y exactly with the beat and half of the beat using a controller (do not use a dance mat for this). Even without knowing the step patern you will mostly hit enough 1/4 (red) and 1/8 (blue) steps of the song. The timing is really easy and even if you have trouble playing on difficult it should be possible to clear the songs without failing. The game will not punish you doing too much steps, only for missing steps.
