Section 8: Prejudice has a nasty habit of "losing" your progress from time to time, and I have yet to figure out why. I was level 24 for the longest time because I'd level up in game, then after the match ended and I left, it would discard any progress I made. The only thing I can recommend is to never leave a game until after a match finishes, because stats are supposedly uploaded and saved at the end of each match. That doesn't seem to matter in the long run though, considering that according to the TimeGate servers I'm still 1/3 of an experience bar short of level 50, so you're at the mercy of Timegate's crappy programming.

Likely after you have finished everything else, you will be between the ranks of 30 and 35, assuming you haven't randomly lost any ranking progress as mentioned above. The minimum and recommended number to boost is 3, since that is the minimum number of players you need to enable ranked stats tracking. Each match takes 20 minutes following the suggestions below, so everyone can fit a turn neatly into an hour. It takes a total of 14,500 experience to reach level 50, and you will receive approximately 600 experience per match. From level 1 to 34, it takes 200 experience to level up, and from 35 to 50 it takes 500, meaning using the following method will require 25 rotations/hours from rank 0.

Be aware that with 3 players, experience is halved. This can be remedied by having 5 people for 75%, or 8 people for 100%, but this will fail on several fronts, most notably that randoms will see the large number of people and flock there, and that each person will receive experience every 2 or 3 hours instead of each hour. That in mind, the preferable scenario is simply using 3 players and taking the reduced experience.

S8P only tracks ranked statistics on its dedicated servers, so you have no option to simply host a private game and not be bothered by randoms. Thusly, I recommend you boost in the wee hours of the morning US time (approximately midnight until 6 AM US central, or 6 AM to noon GMT). Search for a custom match and filter for ranked servers with no bot fill, then have one join and invite the rest. Place one person on a team by themselves and the other two switch to the opposite side to die for him, and the person alone getting kills will cap two points at the beginning as a timer. You will run into randoms, but you will usually find only one of the few level 100 try hards who play it religiously. You can often get them to leave simply by asking them nicely, and they will usually oblige because it's no fun for them to play a game with no resistance.

By and far, the most experience you can gain is by executions using a knife or mech -- hit them once, then hold F the second time to perform it. I recommend switching to the mech as soon as you can, because for some reason there is a strange "lag" between the first hit and the availability of an execution when using a knife. You'll see what I mean pretty quickly once you try it.
