This guide will list all of the Bonus Objectives by Chapter, how many Bonus Objectives are in each Chapter, and a short description of how to complete them. The names of the Bonus Objective in this guide will not be the same as they show up on your list in the menus, but you'll get the idea.

***Important note***
If, at any point, you use the Restart Checkpoint from the pause menu you need to go back and check the last collectible, bonus objective, etc. that you did. The game may or may not have saved the last collectible you picked up or last objective you achieved, due to the crappy checkpoint system in this game. BE SURE TO CHECK. Also, if you do miss something, DO NOT use the Chapter Select option to go back and get it. If you do, this will reset your difficulty achievement progress on ALL previous chapters. Just go ahead and complete the playthrough as normal. After completing the campaign, you can then use Chapter Select to go back and get any collectible or Bonus Objectives that you may have missed.

Also, this game is very glitchy with the Bonus Objectives. If you find you cannot interact with a Bonus Objective, try reloading the checkpoint. If this does not work then quit out of the game and choose Continue from the main menu. This should start you at the beginning of that Chapter. Again, DO NOT use Chapter Select.

Chapter 1: Cyprus - 3 Bonus Objectives:

Find and examine 3 historical tablets
-After speaking with the Grand Master at the church, follow the gold map marker to the hilltop estate. Pass under the archway and head to the big tree. Examine the tablet to unlock the Bonus Objective and get the first tablet.
-When you leave the burning house, after you rescue the occupants, head left to the big rocks. Find and examine the second tablet.
-After the fight at the amphitheater, follow the gold marker and watch to the right for the third tablet (which is also Templar Chronicle 2 of 42).
-When you get to the ruined castle, you can find a fourth tablet through the hole in the wall and immediately to the right. If you have found the first 3 tablets, you will not be able to examine this one, but you won't need it.

Rescue the nobleman
-When you arrive at the hilltop estate, follow the blue marker and speak to the wounded soldier laying on the ground to unlock the objective.
-Head to the other side of the building and kill all of the soldiers in the red uniforms to complete the rescue, then speak with the nobleman.

Rescue the occupants
-When you arrive at the burning house on the left, you will unlock the third Bonus Objective.
-Work your way around to the back of the house while avoiding the flames (easiest if you go around to the right side) and kick down the door to let the occupants out.

Chapter 2: Misty Forest - 3 Bonus Objectives

Rescue the priest
-After you arrive at the Forest King Tavern for the first time, you will be transported back to the lodge. Check the mini-map for the footprint marker and hold down RB to reveal the trail.
-Follow the footprints, then follow the blue marker down the path to the left. Kill the dogs to rescue the priest.

Find the highest point in the forest
-After defeating the Beast, check the mini-map for the 3 orange dots indicating the food plants. Look for the path going uphill. Follow the path to the camp, defeat the enemies, and use RB to reveal the trail of footprints.
-Follow the footprints up into the forest. When you reach the top of the path you will complete the objective. and unlock the third objective.

Find the missing Templar
-After returning to the Forest King Tavern, follow the gold marker to an ambush and kill everyone. Use RB to reveal the trail and follow the footprints down to the cemetery.
-Kill the dogs and examine the dead Templar to complete the objective.

Chapter 3: The Inquisition - 3 Bonus Objectives

Follow Brother Lorenzo
-After talking to Brother Lorenzo, you need to follow him without being detected. It's pretty easy. Just keep him toward the edge of your mini-map. He stops frequently to talk, so just wait on him. Roland will warn you if you get to close. Once he meets with Isaiah, the objective is complete.

Free the prisoners
-After sneaking past the guards and arriving in the prison cell area, keep taking left turns until you get to the last cell on the left (pun intended), which is a torture chamber.
-Use the lever at the back of the room to release the prisoners and complete the objective.

Rescue the prisoner
-Leave the torture room from the last objective, go right, and look for stairs going down on the left. (The walls will be covered in spikes.)
-At the bottom, take the left fork and defeat all the enemies to rescue the prisoner and complete the objective.

Chapter 4: City of Acre - 3 Bonus Objectives

Rescue 10 allied soldiers
-There will be six groups of allies to rescue, so don't sweat it if you only rescue 2 or 3 out of each group. The objective will unlock automatically at the beginning of the Chapter while on the docks.
-Follow the gold marker up from the docks and defeat the enemies to rescue the first group (I rescued 2 here).
-Follow the gold marker to another fight to rescue more allies (I rescued 2 here as well).
-After reclaiming the flag in the tower, follow the gold marker to a large group of enemies to rescue more allies (I rescued 1 here).
-After talking to the Knight Commander, exit the compound and follow the white marker to a fourth group of allies.
-Follow the gold marker to another fight and rescue.
-Follow the white marker around the walls to a courtyard for another fight and rescue.

Reclaim the flag from the tower
-After rescuing the second group of allies, talk to the wounded soldier ion the ground by the tree to unlock the objective.
-Make your way up the wooden ramps right there next to him and kill all the enemies at the top to complete the objective.

Stop enemies from reaching the walls
-When you reach the trebuchets at the end of the level hop into one for some siege engine action. You need to be fairly speedy and accurate to get this one. Use X to fire and immediately start tapping A to reload it quickly.
-Stop all siege towers and groups of soldiers from reaching the walls. Siege towers take two hits to knock them out. Either completely destroy groups of soldiers or get them to flee by killing most of the group.
-After stopping the first wave, GET BACK IN the trebuchet again and do the second wave. When both waves have been stopped with zero units reaching the walls, you complete the objective.
-If you miss this one, wait until you have finished the game then come back and play this chapter again.

Chapter 5: Acre Tunnels - 3 Bonus Objectives

Light the memorial flame
-In the first Memorial Hall, light the brazier in front of the sarcophogas to complete this objective. (Same room with the chest containing the Whispering Daggers).

Light the memorial flame
-Leave the first Memorial Hall, cross the drawbridge and light the next three braziers. Use RB to reveal the breakable wall by the third brazier and knock it down.
-Follow the path to the second Memorial Hall and light the brazier by the tomb to complete the objective.

Light the memorial flame
-Late in the level you will come to a place where you need to use 4 floor levers to open 4 gates in order to proceed. Use the levers until all 4 are pointing away from the gates.
-Go through the gate and get past the floor spikes. Go through the door on the right and into the third Memorial Hall. Light the brazier by the tomb to complete the objective.

Chapter 6: Siege of Acre - 3 Bonus Objectives

Burn the supplies
-At the very beginning, silent kill the two guards. Go downstairs and hide. Wait for the large patrol to pass, then sneak to the left where they came from. Go in the room on the right, kill the guards, grab a torch and burn the 3 stacks of supplies.
-After burning the first trebuchet, fight off the guards and go through the newly opened door, grab a torch and burn the stacks of supplies.
-About midway through the level, follow the blue marker to the third supply depot. Kill the enemies, light a torch and nurn the supplies to complete the objective.

Defeat the Saracen Knights
-After burning the last of the supplies, sneak down the stairs and kill the 2 enemies. Defeat the 2 waves of Saracen Knights that show up to complete this objective.

Stop the Saracen forces
-Before burning the last 2 trebuchets, hop on board and stop all Saracen forces from reaching the walls of Acre. You will be shooting from behind the enemies this time. When you complete this with zero forces reaching the walls you complete the objective.

Chapter 7: City of Ascalon - 3 Bonus Objective

Close the gate before time runs out
-After freeing all the villagers from the burning houses, a villager will run up and tell you that you need to close the gate. Follow the blue marker to the gate. Run past all the enemies until you arrive at the gate and then kill everyone. Quickly use each character to activate the two levers on the sides of the gate to close it and complete the objective.

Escort the villagers
-After rescuing the occupants of the third burning house, go through the gate to the next area of the city. A group of villagers will ask you to escort them, so follow the blue marker to a large open area. Defeat all the waves of enemies in the area to clear the way for the villagers and complete the objective.

Follow the Hashishin without being detected
-Continue following the gold marker until you overhear two Hashishin discussing their treasure. WAIT until the blue Hashishin leaves. Sneak down and silent kill the red guy. Follow the blue guy at a safe distance. Whenever you have a choice, go in the direction where there is only one enemy and silent kill them. When the blue guy reaches the gate at the end, kill him and everyone else. Go into the small cave and open the chest to complete the objective.

Chapter 8: Ascalon Citadel - 1 Bonus Objectives

Find all the chests
-After the Trial of Spirit, exit the chamber and go right. Follow the hallway to a dead end, then go back until Hashishin break through a door and attack. Kill them. Go through the door and keep going straight ahead into a small room with chest 1 of 5.
-In the next chamber work your way through the trap puzzle. Once through, run up the stairs and open chest 2 of 5.
-Go up the steps and through the door. Look to the left under some bookcases for chest 3 of 5.
-During the Trial of Body, make your way to the room with the spinning log blades of death and open chest 4 of 5.
-Near the end of the level and after a fight with Hashashin and archers follow the gold marker down the steps to the next room. Turn to the left to see chest 5 of 5 in the small room where you get trapped by the two gates and have to break down the wall.

Chapter 9: Ibelin Mansion - 3 Bonus Objectives

Free the prisoners
-After crossing the rooftops and coming back down to the ground, listen to two Saracens talking about killing the prisoners. Kill them AFTER listening to them and follow the blue marker.
-Kill the guards in the area and examine the cage door to free the prisoners and complete the objective.

Burn the supplies
-Follow the gold marker to a garden area, then follow the blue marker to the Saracen supplies. Kill the guards, light a torch and burn the supplies to complete the objective.

Create a diversion
-After fighting your way out of the garden maze area, go through the newly opened gate. Go right and find the trebuchet. Go back to the gate, grab and light a torch, then go back and light up the trebuchet to complete the objective.

Chapter 10: La Rochelle Night - 3 Bonus Objectives

Do not set off any alarms
-This is pretty simple and easy to do. Whenever you come across guards near an alarm gong, be sure to silent kill them to prevent them from sounding an alarm. Whenever you get into an open brawl with guards, just be sure to kill them all before the time meter at the top of the screen runs out.
-This objective will be completed automatically when you knock on the door of the fourth Templar house.

Find the hideout
-After the 2nd Templar house, head left around the house and silent kill the 2 guards by the gong. Take the path upward and take a right at the top. Listen to the 2 guards BEFORE silent killing them to unlock the Bonus Objective.
-Follow the blue arrow down the stairs and all the way to the end behind the row of buildings. Examine the blood stains and then kill the guards who show up to complete the objective.

Rescue the peasant
-After the cutscene at the jousting field, follow the blue marker and kill the guards to rescue the peasant and complete the objective.

Chapter 11: Burning Forest - 3 Bonus Objectives

Kill the 1st enemy commander
-After the first section of burning forest, you arrive at an enemy camp. Fight your way to the upper section of the camp and kill the enemy commander (near the captive Templar) to complete the objective.

Rescue the 3 Templars
-Same place as the first enemy commander above.
-Same place as the 2nd enemy commander below.
-Toward the end of the level, follow the gold marker to a fork in the road. Check the mini-map for the foorprints marker and use RB to reveal the trail and follow it to the left all the way to the end, avoiding the bear traps. Free the trapped Templar to complete the objective.

Kill the 2nd enemy commander
-After the second section of burning forest, head up the wooden ramps to the enemy camp and kill everyone. Follow the white marker uphill to the second enemy commander (near another captive Templar). Kill him to complete the objective.



Chapter 12: The Swamp - 3 Bonus Objectives

Free the miners
-After the fight at the gallows, follow the marker down into a village. Defeat the marauders and their leader, then examine the cages to open them and free the miners and complete the objective.

Find the pirate treasure
-After the duel with the French Captain, speak with the crazy guy in the hanging cage to unlock the Bonus Objective.
-Follow the gold mark to a large ruined building on the left. Continue to the end of the ruined building and use RB to reveal a breakable wall. Examine the skeleton on the wall for the 1st clue.
-Leave the room and head right, back to the beginning of the ruined building and look for a big broken statue head on the left. Examine it to get the second clue.
-Follow the gold marker uphill to the broken bridge and back down to the swamp. Go up the wooden ramp into the abandoned fort and examine the well for the 3rd clue.
-Follow the gold arrow to a cemetery. Examine one of the graves on the left side to get the Royal Shield and complete the objective.

Find the shiny thingy
-After the fake Templar ambush, follow the gold marker to a huge tree with wood ramps going up it. Talk to the crazy hermit at the top. Go back down.
-There are many footprint trails to follow in this area. Just keep using RB to reveal the trails and follow them. One of them will eventually lead you to torches and a lit brazier, so grab one and fire it up. Another trail will eventually lead you to a barricaded area with the "thingy" in the middle.
-Use the torch to burn down the barricade, grab the thingy and return it to the hermit to complete the objective.

Chapter 13: Desert Town - 3 Bonus Objectives

Don't lose any allies
-As soon as the level starts, talk to the merchant on the left. Bandits will attack right afterwards. Defeat the bandits without any allies dying to complete the objective.

Find the stolen merchandise
-While escorting the allied troops, after the first battle leave your allies and follow the blue marker. Kill the enemies iin the area and examine the stack of bales to find the stolen merchandise (1 of 3).
-After your allies get trapped in an ambush and you go in the back gate to rescue them, follow the blue marker to the 2nd stack of stolen merchandise.
-After using the trebuchet to knock down the barricades, take a right on the path past the two barricades, just before you open the gate. (Thanks to liiami for the correction.)

Find the chest near the barricades
-After using the trebuchet to knock down the barricades, take a right in between the two barricades and locate the chest in this area.

Chapter 14: Marauders' Camp - 3 Bonus Objectives

Eliminate the large groups of enemies
-At the beginning of the level, in the lower camp, begin by silently killing as many lone guards and pairs as you can. Make use of the pot-throwing distraction. Take out larger groups before the timer runs out. If you be sure to kill everyone in the lower camp area, you will get this one.

Burn the marauders' loot
-In the lower part of the camp, at the beginning of the Chapter, sneak down by the docks. Kill the enemies in the area, either silent or otherwise. Grab a torch and burn the 2 piles of loot to complete the objective.

Find Celian some new clothes
-At the beginning of the lower camp area, go down to the beach. Distract the two guards and kill them, then kill the two by the campfire. Use RB to reveal the trail and follow it through the water (WTF) to an island. Open the chest to get the Lion's Pride Tunic.
-In the upper part of the camp, go up the wooden ramps until you get to the large platforms. Follow the white marker to a chest containing the Lion's Cunning Gloves and the completion of the objective.

Chapter 15: Temple of the Nine - 3 Bonus Objectives

Find the Chamber of Remembrance
-When you get to the room near the beginning with 3 pressure plate and 3 levers with symbols, use your characters to stand on the plates and flip the matching levers. Follow the blue marker to the next room.
-Manipulate the 4 levers until they all face away from the gate. Enter the newly opened door to complete the objective.

**Note: this Bonus Objective is glitched and may not show up on your list when you complete it. If it doesn't then restart the checkpoint and try again.

EDIT: Thanks to liiami for the following information: These objectives if they don't appear automatically can be obtained by looking at one of the stone headstones which aren't templar chronicles near to the area you do the object. These objectives can be buggy and won't be added to your list if you complete them before getting the message about the new objective beforehand.

Find the truth about the Templar
-After crossing the wooden bridge puzzle, you'll come to a room with pressure plates and arrow traps. Use RB to make your way through the pressure plates and flip the lever to open the gate. Follow the trail back to the arrow trap area and continue on to the left. Flip the torch lever to reveal a secret room. Follow the trail to the next room and examine the tablet to unlock the Bonus Objective.
-Stand on the 2 pressure plates to open another secret door. Make your way through the traps, use all 3 of the levers you find near the spinning blade log things and examine the huge tablet to complete the objective.

Enter the Vault of Prophecies
-From the room with the huge statues, follow the gold marker through the gate. Go around and use the lever on the right to open another gate. Use the torch lever on the wall to open another gate. Go through to a hallway with pressure plates on the floor marked with Roman numerals. Use your characters separately to stand on the numbered plates, switch characters and advance to the next row of numbered plates, etc. The code is "1312" which can be found on the tablet that's right there. So stand on plate "I" in the 1st row, plate "III" in the second row etc. Advance through to the Vault of Prophecies to complete the objective. (Use the code in reverse to exit the chamber).

Chapter 16: Templar Hideout - 3 Bonus Objectives

Find the bandit loot
-From the beginning of the Chapter, follow the gold marker through the field, up the path and to a camp. Use RB near the campfire to reveal the trail. Keep revealing trails and following tracks until you find a chest with 500XP (Loot 1 of 4). Just nearby should be another chest with 500XP (Loot 2 of 4).
-Keep following trails to a mine entrance and continue on down the hill to 2 more chests which contain 500XP (Loot 3 of 4) and the Golden Scabbards (Loot 4 of 4) completing the objective.

Find the Templar tablets
-When you come across the second group of singing, torch-bearing monks then kill the enemies in the area and go to the top of the hill to find tablet #1 (which is also Templar Chronicle 30 of 42).
-After burning the supplies at the farm, follow the blue marker to tablet #2. (also a Templar Chronicle).
-After clearing out the enemies at the barricade, head down to the river and go right to a dead end and tablet #3 (another Templar Chronicle).
-Follow the gold marker to the footprints marker on the mini-map. Reveal the trail and follow it to some ruins. Examine tablet #4 by the dead tree (also a Chronicle).
-Leave the ruins, cross the river and follow the blue marker down a path to the left. Examine tablet #5 (yes, a Chronicle) to complete the objective.

Duel the French Captain
-You will come upon a group of French soldiers and the Captain will challenge you to duel. You cannot miss this as you proceed through the level. You must accept the challenge, and then defeat him to complete the objective. (Thanks to liiami for the correction.)

Chapter 17: Montsegur Outskirts - 3 Bonus Objectives

Rescue the villagers
-From the beginning follow the path and rescue a villager to unlock the objective.
-Follow the gold marker to rescue another villager (1 of 3).
-Stay on the road and follow the gold marker to rescue another villager (2 of 3).
-Turn around and follow the road left until you reach the entrance to the village. Go to the ruined house on the right to rescue the last villager and complete the objective.

Defeat the enemy commanders
-Follow the gold marker into the village and to the village square. Defeat the enemies there, including the 1st enemy commander.
-Follow the gold marker to the river and continue following to the right and kill the 2nd enemy commander along with all of his friends.
-Go through the narrow passage between the buildings from the previous area and defeat a lot of enemies and the final enemy commander to complete the objective.

Find the murderers
-After killing Isaiah and his buddies, jump over the fallen tree and follow the gold marker to the footprints marker on the mini-map near the body on the right. Use RB to reveal the trail. Follow the tracks to the 2 Beasts and defeat them to complete the objective.

Chapter 18: Castle Courtyard - 3 Bonus Objectives

Burn the Inquisition supplies
-Right at the beginning, defeat the enemies in the courtyard, grab a torch and burn the supply cache (1 of 3).
-After opening the main gate, go up to the next courtyard, go up the stairs on the right, defeat the enemies, use the lever on the right and go through to the next courtyard. Silent kill the guards by the gong, sneak right and kill another pair of guards, grab a torch and burn the supplies (2 of 3).
-After defeating the Black Knights, follow the blue marker to the last batch of supplies, kill enemies, grab torch and light them up to complete the objective.

Defeat the Black Knights
-After burning the 2nd supply cache, you'll come to the top of the stairs and Celian will warn you to stop and not alert the guards. After sneakily killing the guards, follow the gold marker to the next area and head left to fight the Black Knights. Kill them all to complete the objective.

Don't trigger an alarm gong
-As you make your way through the level, be sure to silent kill any guards near the various alarm gongs. If you do trigger an alarm, just reload the last checkpoint.

Chapter 19: Montsegur Castle - 3 Bonus Objectives

Free the servants
-Right at the beginning, go into the first hallway and enter the first door on the right to free servant 1 of 4.
-Follow the gold marker to the training room area and kill the enemies to rescue servant 2 of 4.
-After you exit the trap room and go back downstairs, you'll enter a large chamber with a fountain. Kill the enemies and follow the blue marker through the doorway. Use the lever to open the cell and free servant 3 of 4.
-Go back to the fountain room and go into one of the doors by the alarm gong. Kill the enemies to free the last servant and complete the objective.

Find Celian's documents
-On the 2nd floor, cross the hallway to the opposite room and examine the bookshelf to reveal a secret door. Go into the study and examine the bookstand to get document 1 of 4.
-Go back out to the hallway and follow it to a large chamber. go to the left end and examine the bookstand for document 2 of 4.
-Follow the gold marker down the hallway. Defeat the enemies that come out of the right door and then enter the left door to a library. Kill the enemies and examine the bookstand for document 3 of 4.
-Back downstairs in the large fountain chamber, go in one of the doors on the left to find a bookstand with the final document to complete this objective.

Defeat the High Inquisitors
-From document #2 above in the large chamber, follow the gold marker a short ways to Inquisitor 1 of 3 and kill him.
-After exiting the trap room and going back downstairs, you'll enter a large chamber with a fountain. Kill everyone. Go across the room and enter the door by the alarm gong. Kill Inquisitor 2 of 3.
-Go in the other door by the alarm gong and kill the last Inquisitor to complete the objective.

Chapter 20: The Sanctuary - 1 Bonus Objective

Find the Grail tablets
-Right at the beginning, go past the traps and examine the tablet on the right for tablet 1 of 5.
-Follow the white arrow to the left past more traps and use RB to reveal a breakable wall, so break it down. Examine the tablet inside for tablet 2 of 5.
-After you get past the gate that you have to run through before it closes again, go up the slope (avoiding pressure plates) and go straight across to a dead end. Examine the tablet for tablet 3 of 5.
-After defeating the Beasts and Inquisitors in the watery room, follow the gold marker through a room filled with pillars. When you reach the gate, go down the passageway on the right to find tablet 4 of 5.
-When you get to the room with the flame jets moving circularly around the room, stay between the flames and make your way to the alcove on the opposite side. Flip the lever here, get between the flames and make your way back to the original side of the room, but go right to enter the small, non-flaming area in the center of the room. Examine the final tablet to complete the objective.
