*EDIT* After running through it all again, the achievement popped at the THIRD attempt. Luckily I had made a save before entering the house so could re-load that to quickly try again which was successful!

Head to SUNSET HOUSE on the map **during the daytime** and run forwards until you see a wall. Turn left and head to the small gazebo there.

Inside the gazebo, there are 4 statues - make a note of their positions (there are 4 different positions) and then exit the area. Find any bed to sleep in and set the duration to *MIDNIGHT*

Now, return to sunset house and the gazebo you previously visited. There are 4 "ghost" statues and you need to hit the action key (Default: E) on them until they are in the same positions that you made a note of previously.

It will then suddenly become daytime and Sunset House will magically be rebuilt.

Enter the house and read the note on the small desk in front of you. It warns you not to sleep in the house... but run forward and sleep in the bed surrounded by flames anyway!

You will wake up and see a large chess board with CHESTY (the chest) from fable2 in the middle of the board. Speak to him and he will say to start playing chess... don't worry if you suck at chess because after about 5 moves he gets bored and removes all of the pieces.

Speak with him again and he will begin changing pieces into enemies so keep speaking and fighting until they are all gone. You are then awarded KNIGHT JUMPS CHESTY.

*NOTE* I strongly advise saving BEFORE you enter the house. My achievement popped when I finished the section, but it was not recorded to my gamercard for some unknown reason so I will now need to start a clean playthrough to try it again. Check it is 100% on your gamercard BEFORE you continue because seeing the "achievement unlocked" message does not guarantee it is there (safe to say that I was not impressed...)
