  Simply pick 50 flowers. Easiest place is right outside the girls dorm, you can only hold ten at a time, so tie this in with the kissing achievement, once you get rid of them pick another ten and so on.
  
  There is one major thing to note with this achievement in mind:
  
  -If you complete Art 5 no one will any longer take your flowers for a kiss, except the taller blonde boys, they seem to always take a flower (as per Gannon94 's solution)
  
  I believe you use Y to pick the flowers.

  Not sure what you mean by bouquets, but yes, you need to pick 50 times

  Nossa eu peguei 49 flores e completei a classe Art5, as meninas pararam de aceitar flores beijando sem precisar delas, o que salvou realmente foi o tal do Loirinho Gay ''Trent'' eu acho hahaha
  Wow, I get 49 flowers and complete a Art Class 5 so the girls don't accept my flowers anymore, what save me is really the blond Gay Guy haha the "Trent", I think.

  Don't worry if You pass "Art 5". Here is an easy way to get this cheevo.
  Go into the box club. There is almost every time, Gord, and you can give him a flower. If you're done than go outside from the box club, an there will be Gord :) Give him a flower, than go back to box club, and He will be there again...repeat this until you need!

  This is the best way to get this in the post game. Go to the boxing club, give Gord a flower, walk outside and back in, repeat until you run out of flowers. Go to the girl's door and pick another 10 flowers, repeat.

  Just pick 50 flowers. You have to pick them, not buy them. You can pick them outside the girl's dorm by just pressing the Y button. You can only carry 10 at a time so after you pick some find a girl to give some to. Rinse and repeat. Also, it is best to do this before you pass "Art 5". This class makes it so you don't have to give girls flowers to kiss them, thus making it much harder to get rid of them. If this has happened, you have to find a "willing" boy to give the flowers to.

  You also cannot pick flowers in chapter 2 due to the snow every where..
