As with a lot of wizard modes, the hard part is getting there. You have to beat all 5 missions. You know what to do: prioritize the Negative Zone ball save, keep the left and right outlanes shielded, go for the extra ball if you can (I liked using the INVISIBLE manual shot, since I wasn't quite confident enough to get the huge combo), and generally get the hardest ones out of the way first (so you can reset the game if you fail early). I liked to do Invisible Woman first if I hadn't already activated the Negative Zone ball save, but otherwise I started with Dr. Doom, which I think is the hardest.

Once you complete all five missions, it's extremely helpful to know what's coming next so you don't have to try to read it on the LED display. So that's what I'm going to do for you. Galactus is a multi-phase untimed mode, actually not too hard at all because you can take your time and be careful.

First, as soon as you finish mission #5, the mission hole lights up again (you don't have to hit the Baxter Building hole to light it). Get to the mission hole, and Galactus Mode begins.

PHASE ONE: The Negative Zone hole opens up in the middle of the playfield; get the ball into it. This one's practically a gimme. The hole is huge, and you really just need to get the ball near it to get it sucked in.
PHASE TWO: Put the ball in the Thing hole. (It's blocked by the three drop targets, so you have to get at least one of those out of the way first.)
PHASE THREE: Galactus shoots eye beams at one of the four ramps; you have to get the ball up the ramp he's eye-beaming, four times. The beams only last a couple of seconds; if you can catch the ball, feel free to hold onto it until Galactus looks at a ramp you prefer.
PHASE FOUR: Hit the Mr. Fantastic ramp (the green one on the far left) four times.
PHASE FIVE: Exactly the same as phase one.
PHASE SIX: You have to hit the Ultimate Nullifier, which is located just at the mouth of the Torch ramp. You don't have to get the ball all the way up the ramp, just enough to hit the weapon and "collect" it.
PHASE SEVEN: Shoot the ball up either the Mr. Fantastic ramp or the Invisible Woman ramp.

That's all there is to it. After Phase 7, the achievement unlocks, and you get a timed multiball with a score multiplier as a reward.
