  i found this easy to do with the Bolterflies around. they're easy kills so you wont risk having to go back to the last check point.
  
  also if you don't have your "kill 5 Bolterflies in a row" achievement, use your pepper gun to pick that one up too

  if you need to load an easy instance is ACT 1 Chapter 2 (its the one that talks about shells). Its just a little ways into the chapter. when you first get the peppergun.

  excellent solution--you might also want to add that the chapter to load if you need to load an easy instance is ACT 1 Chapter 2 (its the one that talks about shells). Its just a little ways into the chapter. when you first get the peppergun.

  The official subchapter title is "Slug with a Shell" which is the third option under chapter 1. It might make it easier to get the achievement if you use the Royal Suit too, which limits health to 4 roses. Quicker to lower your health.

  Worked like a charm. You should equip the Royal Suit from the main menu to make this go faster. Then, from main menu choose Chapter Select. Load up Hatter's Domain and pick "Slug with a Shell".
  
  Play up to the point where you are given the Pepper Grinder. Right after you'll be attacked by Bolterflies. Allow them to attack you until you only have one full rose of health. Then hold down and quickly use to whip out the Pepper Grinder and take out the 2 Bolterflies. You can use to select targets. Do not destroy their nest! Wait for another 2 to emerge, kill them, wait for at least 1 more, kill it, then the achievement should pop.

  For those who didn't get it in their first play through. In chapter 1 when the in game tutorial says to go into hysteria mode. Go to your left to get some space and unload with your teapot cannon. Took me about 30 secs to get, enjoy.

  Chapter 1: Always Elevenses (if you need to chapter select). You will have to play a bit, but once you go through the fiery door, you will get to this part.

  I literally just loaded up Chapter 1: Always Elevenses, let the tea pot take down my health, and then proceeded to kill it and the next 4 enemies from a distance. So easy.

  In Chapter 2 you must release the souls of three sailors. One such sailor will be surrounded by the black maggots that occasionally pop out of boxes (forget their names). These respawn infinitely, and with such little health, they are a breeze to take down. The sailor does considerably damage, so if you find yourself with just one rose, you can mow down the 10+ maggots that will be on the screen.
