This is a missable achievement, but you can just come back to it later to get this achievement.
Very simply once you come up the lift onto the football field to face the one eyed boss you will see a blimp above his head, just simply keep shooting it and the achievement will pop up after a few seconds off hittiing the blimp with a few of your rockets.
