To get this, try to pick up every single power-up you get and use them immediately when you get them.

You don't need to win for this to unlock, you could also just go slow and pick up power-ups and use them leaving you a better chance to get this.

    Read this:
The achievement unlocks after finishing the race!

    A list of power-ups:
    Fiestamissile (the red missile)
    Pollinator (yellow flower)
    Water bomb (blue looking seed/bomb)
Supercharged candy (blue candy with yellow stripes)
    Flutterscotch wings (pink butterfly wings)
    Rocket pack (the rocket)
    Buzzlegum honey slick (Yellow beehive)
Fizzy Bloater (The soda looking drink red and blue)
Smokebomb (Red bomb with a face )

Good luck on the achievement! :)

PHUTURE 909is there a track that is best for this?

CasteriskNTThis seems extremely unlikely without extra controllers. The smoke bomb and water bomb are just too rare, even in distant 4th place.

Edit: It's possible. I did it on practice - Factory with "Keep the Game Close" on. Flower and honey seem to drop only when leading or close to the front, so get those as soon as possible. Then fall to last place to get water bomb, smoke bomb, and blue rocket, which all drop more commonly when you're behind. The others - candy, butterfly, soda, red rocket - seem to drop whenever. You can sit on an area of pickups, moving back and forth to farm them while the race drags on.

Contrary to how it sounds, you need to use each powerup in a single race, not the entire game...

Similar to The Brian Man's method, but create a game online and just sign in three guest accounts. In online play, the guest accounts won't get kicked out of the game if they are inactive for awhile, so no rubberbands needed. You can use guitars or drum set if you do not have enough regular controllers.

I did races in reverse so that you start on the last race first. This race is the longest and I believe you have a better chance of getting the harder to get powerups. Run at least one of the guest account characters half way through race, and then with your main account player just sit on a group of balloons until you get one of each powerup.

The only powerup that forces you to go forward is the rocket pack so try to use this one last if you can, but the last race is long enough that you shouldn't have any problem with finishing before you get them all.

RomanAroundVery helpful solution - got this first time - although it did take an age for the Waterbomb to reveal itself, eventually only appeared once I put myself in third place very close to the end of the race. Thumbs up from me!

HandheldRobin44@RomanAround gave a great suggestion of trying to be in 3rd place instead of dead last to get the bombs to appear. Worked like a charm for my boosting partner and I after many failed attempts.

As stated before. Start a local party with 3 other controllers and play in reverse to get the longest track 1st.

Start getting the 1st set of bubbles to get all the power ups for when you're in the lead then move 2 players up to fall behind and get the rest.

Once you have all 9 finish the race and get your cheevo.

DIMEBOYThank you for mentioning that some of the power-ups do not appear often unless you are trailing.

EMFULZThank you for your solution. I got all the power ups I could, than moved 2 guests all the way to the finish (on first reverse level, since it's the longest) and was able to grab the water and smoke bomb within a few minutes.
