This is a secret cheevo and is called "Pulling teeth"
This cheevo is story related and therefore can not be missed and will be awarded upon completion of level 4 "The basilisk fang"
This level sees you playing as Hermione and protecting Ron through some dark tunnels and caves. You will have to kill lots of spiders and the level will end as you approach the basilisk skeleton in the chamber of secrets.
