Quite Easy and straight forward realy.. SImply score with a drop goal in extra time

This can be done in the final stages of the world cup. Quater Finals throught to the final

Or int he international test menu, Pick the extra time option as sudden death.

If you keep the score at 0-0 for the whole game you can get two chievos in one go by just kicking for the win..

you also get the achivement. "dont try"
