The description is a little misleading. The achievement isn't awarded for beating just any 10 Final Rounds. But the Final Rounds of each of the different 10 shows.

The 10 shows are:
-South America

You can only unlock the next show by completing the Final Round in the latest unlocked show. Not all shows seem to increase in difficulty, but rather offer a variety of walls revolving around the overall theme of the show. You have 3 strikes per round to pass. The strikes reset at the start of the next round. If you receive 3 strikes, you will lose and will have to start the show over from the beginning.

The scoring in the game takes a little getting used to. You don't simply pass a wall by fitting your shadow through the hole. Instead, you fit your shadow into the hole and fill as much of the hole as possible. Fitting your shadow perfectly into hole is key to passing walls quickly. However, the game also takes in account how much of you shadow is overlapping the solid portion of the wall. Just because you fill the hole, you won't gain score if too much of your shadow is overlapping the solid portion.

Each show has a Final Round, which differs from the usual formula of the game. Each Final Round will give you a description of each new formula, and instructions on how to complete them.

It is important to make sure you have proper play space. There are several walls in the game that require you to lay flat on the floor. Be sure you have you Kinect sensor set up in such a way that you will be recognized.

There is a lot of trial and error involved on some of the walls, especially Show 10, round 3. Which is by far the hardest of the rounds.

There is one trick I used that seemed to help out a little. At the start of each round, the game will prompt you to stand inside a rectangle to calculate your position. If you stand closer to the sensor at this point, the holes in the wall will appear larger, as they expect you are closer to the sensor. On the other hand, if you stand at the far end of the rectangle away from the sensor, the holes in the wall will be slightly smaller as the sensor expects you to be far away.

This trick comes in handy if you are having trouble with certain holes. For example, if there is a hole that seems too small for you to fit in, you can start the round at the front of the rectangle so the Holes will be bigger. Then, you can step back and your shadow will be smaller in comparison, allowing you to easily fit. On the other hand, if there is a hole that seems too big (it does happen!), you can start far away at the start of the round. The hole will be smaller, so when you step up closer to the sensor during the game, you will be able to fill the hole more adequately.
