For a while I thought this achievement had glitched on me. Unlike the rest of the 'Meet X character' achievements, you actually have to watch the entire required cutscene to unlock this one...or at least I did, anyways.

This cutscene is at the beginning of the second level when King Julian is laying on the park bench.

The rest of the achievements like this one I could just skip the cut scenes and get the achievements anyways.
