This is a little misleading. To get a perfect on any level you must get blue word response, Awesome, Perfect, If its not blue when you complete the action you should restart level. I noticed for me at least if you did not get it during your first play through I had to start a new game on a different device. I played level 2 it only has 3 challenges. Please not skip the balance act that is to the right up high. you will then have to do 2 climbing challenges. and one balance challenge in gator pit. Achievement pops when you get blue response and at the end of the level. Hope this helps.
