At the Traning Facility(where you use the silver key card for the shutter) you will come to a room where Albert Ashford laughs and tells you that you have been trapped with his monsters. Anyway in the same room as where he tells you that, theres is a door leading into a save room. In there you will find medicine(White bottle on the red couch). This you need to take to the prison guard who let you out in the begining of the game. This will both give you 50 G but allso give you a lockpick.
