When the ball is hit by your opponent and lands close to the net, step towards your TV and swing at the ball as hard as you can. If you win the point on that shot, you will get the achievement.
Note: This achievement cannot be won on a smash, only a power groundstroke (A smash is when you swing over your head when your opponent hits it very high, and a groundstroke is when you swing near your waist area).
