  This achievement is called "The Roof, The Roof" and it is in Chapter 2, you have a choice to either help Nightcrawler or Pyro (Even though you are talking to Mistique) Choose to help Pyro, and complete the mission. Easy as that.

  Just wanted to confirm that you can do this even after you have missed it during the first playthrough and even if you have sided with the xmen. Just replay the level in the load screen menu
