    This achievement is based on the Efficiency attribute of your Public Relations team in "The Road to the WRC" element of the game.

    With better rated staff becoming available as your reputation level increases, you should get this naturally durng Season 7, 8 or 9 of the career mode.

    I decided to wait until the end of Season 8 to pop this one after finishing the WRC Championship, (it is do-able earlier).
    I had already unlocked all available sponsorship deals and didn't see much point changing the team until the last staff member became at reputation level 63.
