Story related cant be missed:
During the scene where you rescue dr west you take her by sled to the cabin. after a short cut-scene jonah tells you a demon is attacking the dogs,
Go outside and you are confronted by 2 bears now earlier on you kill 1 bear so killing these bears nets you the final 2 needed for the " THERE IS NO MATCH FOR YOU" ACHIEVEMENT. Simply dodge the bears attack with LB and directional stick left or right, while shooting at the bears after you kill 1 there is ammo drop, collect this and kill the remaining bear and after this achievement will pop.
Also completing this task also nets you the "Everyone is safe for now!" achievement.
