In order to unlock new skill moves, you need to level up (so you will probably get this while just playing the game). I'm not going to put a list here because you can just check your status while in game. But I will say this, the last skill move (Disembowel) unlocked for me at Level 47. I believe it is random what level skill moves unlock on but for me, I got the achievement after reaching Level 47.

Just a quick tip for leveling quickly..

First of all, build up some cash via the method here
Dead Rising 2: Off The Record (Xbox 360)Six Digits?!?The Six Digits?!? achievement in Dead Rising 2: Off The Record (Xbox 360) worth 66 pointsKill 100,000 zombies. [Host Only]
make sure you grab the combat magazines.

Go to the pawnshop on SilverStrip and buy as many Tesla Balls as you can ($35,000 each)

Start the "extreme off road" challenge. Grab a ball and throw it. You will get 275pp per kill with the Tesla ball until you level up enough to get the combo card where you will hit over 400. Each ball will kill between 10 and 20 zombies.

I started doing this at level 36, and hit level 45 in about 45 minutes, meaning I only have to grind out the remaining 5 levels. If you alternate it with the six digit?!? achievement method above you can top up your cash and kills + hitting the 20,000 pp bonuses.

*update* Don't forget the horror magazines for even more bonus points - your 500+ kills will net you 750pp and 30,000pp for 1000 kills.

Another way to do this without having to worry about any zombies:

Go to the 'cowboy' styled restaurant on Food Court. They have a small bar with drinks.
The catch is: It seems like that bar has so much booze even alcoholics will say at one time: Stop it! Keep grabbing the bottles out of the rack, after grabbing some bottles you get 1000PP (peepee, haha!) per second. Takes about 2 minutes to gain a level!
Obviously best done with a turbo controller, with co-op I bet it will be much faster and prevent RSI.
(Also: You have to be around, since at some levels you will receive a Combo Card. (Those cards giving twice the PP showing you how to build stuff)

Geoffistophelestl;dr - Only useful with a macro device.

The basic idea is sound, but this is missing some crucial information. First, if you're going to do this, get the Drinking Magazine. Go to the Americana Casino, there's a BBQ place with a second floor. Go up the stairs, turn right, up more stairs, and look left out the window to a bunch of square lights. Jump from platform to platform and you'll reach an alcove with the Drinking Magazine. This will stop you from puking after every bottle before long. Also handy to have for a related challenge in the Atlantica that gives you the Beer Hat.

Secondly, basic turboing will not work with this. You'll need to pick up with B and drink with X. Using a Hori, turboing both buttons ends up with one overriding the other, it wasn't alternating. You'll either end up reading the magazine repeatedly or dropping bottles onto the floor, potential lag outcome.

At the end of the day, I think this is technically faster than the offroad method. Killing zombies with the Horror Magazines gives 750PP per 50 kills, and 30,000 per 1,000 kills. Assuming no other PP gains, that's 2,250PP per 50 kills, with 1,500 delayed until the next 1,000 increment. Doing the offroad challenge to refresh the vehicle, you're killing 50 zombies in about the same time it takes to down two bottles of vodka, and there's a bit of downtime there when you reach the end of the challenge and start a new one. However, you're working on the 100,000 zombie achievement at the same time, so you may prefer that. At the end of the day, I think this is only useful to those who can boost it overnight via macros.

LoveMuffin1410I think he was refereing to this video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UafxMYYuEIg

It helps alot from lvl 1-20 then it get's really tire some imho. but you do not have to drink the vodka at all - as of okt 2016 - it still works.
