  Caution: To gain this achievement you must not make any mistakes while you do the button sequences. Reload your game if you fail and see the red X where the button prompt was. As long as you have a gold rank, you'll know you have not made any mistakes.
  
  Episode: 4
  Scenario: #9 - The Swim
  
  When the characters are in the water in the scuba gear, you will need to maintain your gold rank:
  
  Alternate pressing B and X as indicated on screen when the circle closes in on the icons
  Again, you will be alternating
  Hold Left Bumper then Right Bumper
  Mash X
  Using Right Stick keep the green dot close to the center
  Mash A
  Right Stick Up
  Hold Left Bumper and rotate Right Stick clockwise
  Right Stick Left
  Mash A
  Press B
  Press X
  Mash A
  Press A when the Mosasaur is not looking
  Pres A when the Mosasaur is not looking
  Press A when the Mosasaurs tail is up
  Mash A
  Press X instead of A when the game makes it look like A is next

  Pick the Permian Card at info desk.
  
  Walk over to the elevator and turn the key left twice. Wait a few seconds until you hear a beep. Now turn the key once to the right. Gerry will input the code and everyone will pile into the elevator.

  Episode 4: The Survivors, Scenario #9 - The Swim,
  For this you just have to survive while making sure to not miss a single button. If you miss hitting a button just press start and load game.
