This is story related and can't be missed.
However there is an all gold equivalent:

And the solution for that is below

** THIS IS ONE OF THE HARDEST ACHIEVEMENTS TO GET BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF THE LAST TWO BUTTON PRESSES **

Caution: To gain this achievement you must not make any mistakes while you do the button sequences. Reload your game if you fail and see the red X where the button prompt was. As long as you have a gold rank, you'll know you have not made any mistakes.

Episode: 4
Scenario: #11 - Old Friends

Mash A
Right Stick Right

Choose X to save Jess or B to save can (One Choice will have to be played thru till the end of the scenario, the save is exactly before the cutscene starts to play so you will have to select scenario 11 after you finish the level)

Mash X
Rotate Right Stick Counter Clockwise
Mash B
Right Stick Down
Switch between pressing Right Bumper and Left Bumper
Right Stick Right
Mash A
Right Stick Up
Mash Y
Mash A
Right Stick Up
Mash A
Right Stick Up
Right Stick Right
Mash Y
Mash A
Right Stick Up
Hold Left Bumper and then hold Right Bumper
Using Right Stick keep the green dot in the middle
HoldLeft Bumper and press Right Stick Right
HoldLeft Bumper and press Right Stick Right
HoldLeft Bumper and press Right Stick Right
Mash X as if your life depended on it (See Tips Below)
Right Stick Up

Tips for the last two button presses:
1. This is very frustrating.
2. The save point is right before you mash the X button.
3. Get into a comfortable position controller wise to mash that X button and still be able to hit RS Up.
4. Right Stick Up is directly at the end of the dock.
5. It will look like you get a FULL green circle and you will still fail, relax it just wasn't enough time to make the jump.
6. I had my controler on my desk, I used my index and middle finger held almost up and down. I jammed the button using my whole are because it was faster for me that way, you will have to find what works for you.
7. If you slow down or lose your rhythm immediately restart.

It's pretty much impossible on Xbox One/Series X since (to the furthest extent I am aware) the genius devs at telltale decided to bind the button mashing to your frame rate. When I played on an Xbox 360 it was significantly easier. For the last button mashing event, I strongly recommend you place something like a gift card on top of the face buttons and mash on that (cover your start/guide button with your free hand). You will NOT get penalized for hitting the wrong button during a mashing sequence (thank god).
