When you begin a new game with any character you will be in a small forest clearing. You will begin getting instructions about how the controls work starting with using RS for movement. Do NOT leave the clearing or you will miss the achievement (the game will ask you if you want to quit the tutorial). The tutorial is very short (< 5 minutes) and covers the basics of movement and attack and your inventory screen. The achievement unlocks as soon as you complete the last task.
