KitsuneChaos and Mindslave x360a had a great solution for the World Tournament, and it works here just as great. Simply get a second controller, and when the battle starts, hit start with the second controller, and select give up. Keep doing it until the tournament is over. As for settings, put it on hard, of course, and with only four entrants so its the easiest. I'm putting this here so people will see it if they don't see the other one.

The above solution works wonderfully I'm sure and is probably the absolute best way to get this achievement. However, if like me you only have one controller and don't feel like searching for one to borrow just use SS4 Gogeta. The fights will be a joke. I finished the last fight with only getting hit once. After two clashes followed by super attacks you should either have them already dead or damn near.

Don't worry too much about powering up either, if you do this right they won't get a chance to get off any super attacks. Also the CPU will almost always try to land a heavy hit on you right after the match starts so to be safe always have a backwards dodge be your first move. From there just beat the living hell out of them and you're in the clear.

Using this method I cleared both the World Tournament and the Cell Games on hard in 15-20 minutes which, considering the load times on this game, is pretty quick.
