You need to find at least 30 of the 100 Animus data fragments to enter the 5. Desmond Sequence "Are You Desmond Miles?". If you have them you will received a info ... also you see exclamation mark if you press Start.

I made a Walkthrough Video,if someone need help

MangaPowerZeroI did ALL the gates without even playing the introduction. Before entering the "big" gate I went back and entered the other five gates and got the achievement.

xbox4xmas07I can echo what Manga said - I just turned around and did all 5 before doing anything much as Ezio. I certainly hadn't collected any Animus Data Fragments.

I had downloaded the 'lost archives' dlc before I started, does this make a difference?

Ninja ScrollI echo what xbox4xmas07 just said. I had this game since Christmas and just starting playing it since AC3 is about to come out.I downloaded all the DLC when it was just on sale before I started playing. I completed the 1st 2 chapters of Ezio's story and I was able to access all 5. I only collected like 5 of 100 feathers, or whatever those are. I didn't try to access them until after Chapter 2. I just randomly went to them. Props for the all your video dude.

Gilbert PrimeWhat a great way for me to say goodbye permanently to the AC franchise and Ubisoft games in general. They tacked on this Portal-like nonsense instead of fixing the core game mechanics problems that had existed since AC1. Plus the back-compat version on the One was missing most of the walls and floors so I had to use a video guide to show me where I could go. Done with Ubisoft forever.

Brett Holte10Desmond's Memory 5 is nothing but white space and I cannot move? Has anyone else experienced this bug? Restarting the game and Xbox did not resolve the issue? Memory 5 literally is unplayable.

Joel78Brett it seems like this memory must be like the DLC, where it doesn't work properly through Backwards Compatability, I had the same issue but it was fine on my 360 so you might have to try that if you have one

KAAAlexDMCEverybody having trouble because you cant see anything. (Backwardscompatible issue) : load the sequence and don't look around, just go straight forward into the white nothing. after 5 sec. U will see sth like a door and from there on the level is in a terrible, but playable state:D

Legohead 1977I had to use the video for the very start part of the level, the backwards compatibility is pretty poor for these sequences. You do indeed just have to walk forward despite it looking like white nothingness!
