  Load DNA Sequence 1 Memory 5, after the Cutscene you can earn this Achievement.
  
  Choose the throwing Knives, hold Y and release to throw the Knifes.

  Tipp from the Comments about Knifes
  
  "if you do not have enough knives when the sequence starts, kill the first three guards and loot their bodies. They have throwing knives on them. Then just walk out of bounds and de-synch. When it re-loads you retain the knives and can then do as the video shows for the cheevo."

  When you see an Official, wait until you can get a clear line of sight of him and his escorting guards and then use your throwing Knifes on them. You not only get a nice achievement you also get reduced Templar awareness.

  Worked perfectly on my second try! On my first, one of the guards blocked the templar from a knife, so I only killed both guards, but on only second try I stood on a well so I could target all 3 of them from a little higher up and it worked, +1 from me!

  I was able to earn in on the Altiar scene 3rd key memory. Just in case...

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***There are several times in this memory where the assassins bum rush you, just throw your knives at them and you can kill several at a time.

  Same place I got mine. Easily done here as you have unlimited knives.
