Before you start a game of operation, go into settings and change the game length to 5 minutes. This will make this achievement and 20 wins much faster. To obtain this achievement, play a game of Original Operation with 2 controllers and have the 2nd controller do nothing. With your profile, extract one Funatomy part and then wait until the time expires and you'll get the achievement.
