This can be done surprisingly quick on the Tanker mission on very easy, just take a circle route and take out every enemy around the first couple of areas just like the video below. EDIT: This method can also be used for the Rent Money and Nothing Personal achievement.

GetUpAndBoogieI used this and it works perfect, and adapted it a bit to do the knockout 30 enemies, and strangle 30 enemies too! great job :)

It was noted by Deeeco that on the lowest difficulty there is only one guard in this area. To be safe, play on "normal" or higher when going for this achievement. Thanks, Deeeco!

I did this on the tanker, deck-a, crew's lounge starboard. When you enter on the right hand side of the screen there will be one guy sitting on the steps and another that roams half way down the hall. Stand just outside the opening, wait for the roaming guard to walk away from you and shoot the sitting guy in the head with the m9. When the roaming guard comes back he'll kick the passed out guy. After he does, immediately shoot him (they one who kicked the first guy) in the head. The other guy will get up and see his bro passed out. Simply rinse and repeat. You will need to find more m9 ammo eventually, I suggest saving about 5 rounds, leave the crew lounge and tranq other guys and do the pick up the body and drop it routine until you get more rounds or you can search the rest of the boat. If you happen to shoot the sitting guy when the roaming guy sees it, you can usually immediately run back out and wait about 30 secs or so, they should return to normal. Hope this helps speed things up a bit.

DeeecoAlthough probs the quickest solution it might be worth stating that on the lowest difficulty, in which one going for achievements may play, theres only one guard so wouldn't work

You just have to tranquilize 100 enemies in mgs2. A couple of notes...
    -VR missions do count
-*MINOR SPOILER The marines in either hold of the tanker chapter who are watching the projector, or in the actual room with metal gear ray, do not count, they're not actually enemies!

xxBigBoss87xxIt's cumulative. I got it randomly in a VR mission after playing through the game once.

DeeecoAre we CERTAIN this achievements cumulative? I've raj through a couple of times now and it's still not popped.. Weird.. Maybe theres just not that many enemies.. Secondly does anyone know if stunning them and then popping a tranq bullet counts for both towards it as that way you could account for both!

ReiKaz316VR Missions do count, but how about Alternative Missions? (I'm playing them now)
