First of all, turn vibration on for your controller or you might never get this achievement. When your controller makes a slight vibration, this is where you need to hit the X button 8 times in beat with the glowing pink bar above your penguins head. If done correctly, music notes will shoot around in a circle, luckily I'll tell you where 3 are located on level 1.
Once you have collected 2 penguins on the level (3 will be following you because of Ramon) the first vibe spot is directly in front of the 3rd penguin, straight across the ice path. The second vibe spot is on the second platform from the 3rd penguin, just a few steps away from the previous spot. The third and final vibe spot is on the last platform, between the final two penguins and the circular slide that takes you to the exit.
