Open up Sports > Baseball > Homerun Hero.

Even before you take your stance in the batter's box, you'll notice lots of circles in the air and in the outfield with numbers on them. These are the targets for which you'll be aiming.

There are about 50 scattered throughout (including a handful in alternate bleachers in the outfield if you hit a homerun). I can confirm all full-circle targets in the air and semi-circle targets in the field count towards the required ten. I am 90% sure the homerun targets count as well.

One thing to keep in mind: You'll generally see a "Target Hit" flash on screen if you do, in fact, hit a target, but not always (specifically, I found if I hit two or more in short succession, I'd only get one message). Thus, keep a mental count of how many you've hit; don't go by the "Target Hit" screen only. I got this achieve immediately as I rolled through my tenth target that series.

Use the half-circle targets in the mid-deep parts of the outfield on the ground to your advantage. Since you have seven at-bats, you'll need to double up targets on a few occasions. There are five separate clusters of three semi-circle targets. Use those as much as possible.
