  I found that the quickest way to make cash on this game was in the bowling mode. There are a couple of reasons/pointers here:
  
  1. You can get through a game quickly by tapping the screen after you've played your shot. This will save quite some time over the course of the full game.
  
  2. You can make serious cash by scoring strikes and turkeys. Specifically, you get the following rewards during a game:
  
  - a spare pays $10
  - a strike pays $25
  - 2 strikes in a row pays $50
  - a turkey pays $100
  
  3. You then get the cash equivalent of your score at the end. So if you can average around 150 a game, you'll get $150.
  
  On this basis, a good average game can get you a quick $400 - $500. Using this approach, I managed to win $5,000 in about 15 minutes, so you should be able to grind the entire amount needed to buy everything in about 1.5 hours.

  Just thought it would be nice to add that the total needed is $30000, for those that would rather earn it all first, then buy it all

  I can't believe my game has just glitched and charged me for equipping themes I had already bought!
  My balance is now $-7000!
  I need $7500 to buy everything that's left :(

  In order to buy everything from the shop, you will need $30,000.
  
  There are four categories (Pucks, Pins, Tables, and Frames), and each category has six item classes (Luxury, Vibrant, Speed, Tasty, Tiki, Pirate).
  
  The breakdown of items that need to be purchased is as follows:
  
  6 Pucks -- $1,250 each, $7,500 total
  6 Pins -- $500 each, $3,000 total
  6 Tables -- $2,500 each, $15,000 total
  6 Frames -- $750 each, $4,500 total
  
  To earn the needed $$, the other solutions have some good suggestions.

  If you're like me and kinda suck at bowling, I found that a good alternative to gain some cash fairly quickly is to replay challenge 3-0 over and over.
  
  The first three shots should be lined up on each coin row. Try to launch at around 80% speed so the puck will stop in the 15 pts zone.
  
  For the last shot, aim for an area that is not too crowded so you don't hit your scoring pucks out of bounds.
  
  Once you get the hang of it, you can interrupt the throw animation as soon as the puck is on the ramp thus you can complete the challenge in around 15-20 seconds. Don't forget to hit the screen to speed up the score tally. I was able to score between 50-70 pts ( max is 78 ) each run so your cash goes up fairly quickly.
  
  It might not be the absolute fastest way, but it's easier than constantly scoring multiple strikes in bowling IMHO.
