On the second menu screen (just after where you put in personal info) open the fitness training tab or the fitness adventure tab. Do these in any one you like but they all have to be done in that same mode to count. Can be done on different days or the same day. (WWJD??? What Would Jillian Do???) : )

*Note- you have to get at least one on your counter for these to save. Complete them all and the achievement is yours.
