    the first level this can be done on is powder street 3. save up 100 coins then click on the green air plane and select 10 flour. now keep an eye for the planes return and click on the flour bags as they fall from the sky. this unlocked for me in 2 attempts in 1 level.

    EmDeeGeeJust another note: once you unlocked the achievement, it reads: "You've caught seven products in a row!". Now, I didn't test this, but this probably means you don't even have to catch all 10 bags for the achievement.

    Mr RodsterThe note that the achievement does not pop until you finish the level needs to be moved into the main text of the achievement. When it is, my negative vote will be moved to a positive one.
