Welcome to Menhir!

Note: I'll refer to "starting surfaces" and "hurdles" in this solution.
By starting surface I mean flat levels of blocks where you can start ascending your next "hurdle" which shall mean a various number of steps you'll have to surpass till you reach your next "starting surface"!

You'll find videos of all mentioned techniques at the end of this solution.

You can do all of the Babel stages in Coop too. Coop-stages will be a bit shorter and a little less difficult special-block-wise. Lots of people prefer Coop over soloing the Babel-stages. In the case of Menhir I preferred solo anyways as it's a quite narrow level.

This Babel-stage offers 185 steps and starts out only 3 blocks wide and opens up at about step 40-50.

Mainly you can split this up in 4 sections:

Section 1 - step 0 - ~40:

This is the easiest part and mainly 3-4 blocks wide.
You can pass this section with a few basic techniques like slider, tornado and timber.
Especially the timber is useful and very important on Menhir as you often don't have the required width for other techniques, so lower your hurdle a bit if you need to.
To save yourself a hard time in section 2 try to maintain the structure of blocks as you're coming close to step 40. The more "crumbled" your wall will be at that point the harder you'll find your rhythm in section 2.

Section 2 - steps ~40 - 80-90

Around step 40 you'll encounter your first trap blocks. From here on NEVER forget not to keep standing on them for the first time you mount them.
This is IMO the hardest section of Menhir. The wall will widen up to 5-6 blocks here. Every hurdle will also be 5-6 blocks high.
Try using Inazuma and the Inazuma Variation here and try not to crumble your wall as far as possible. If you have to also Controlled Demolition or Fall Dodger may be of help.
The less blocks you let fall, the wider will your starting surface for the next hurdle be.

Section 3: ~80-90 - ~120

The hurdles will become a bit lower here but with a higher amount of damaged blocks and trap blocks.
Surpassing them won't be too hard, so focus on not "forgetting" about the danger of the trap blocks and try to prefer the pyramid over the slider/tornado due to the amount of damaged blocks.
Overall this is quite an easy area as the starting surface will always be at least 4 blocks wide and flat in most cases.

Section 4 - ~120 - ~170:

This section gets a bit more narrow again.
Although it seems quite easy, the main focus in this part is to keep the wall structure intact. It may happen easily to make your wall smaller and smaller here until you only have one block in front of you left.
So try to not push the main part of your wall into the abyss.
Select your moves carefully and maintain wall-width or you won't make the connection to the final-section from ~170 to 185 which has an unmovable block in its middle.
The mentioned "final-section" can be easily surpassed with the slider/tornado once you made the connection to it.

This took me quite a few tries to get, but retrospectively it wasn't that hard to achieve. Just choose your moves carefully, find your best method for steps 40 to 90 (which still may fail from time to time) and DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE TRAP BLOCKS! It's really annoying when you make it past 90 and than forget about a trap block for a second. And until you keep your wall the blocks wide near the final section you should be able to conquer the Menhir.

Good luck and happy climbing.
