This solution is to tell you how to obtain the Misery Loves Company achievement in Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom.
What you have to do is talk with Bertrand to get this achievements. These are the steps in doing that:
1) Play as Duane - No other character will have access to Bertrand, so you must be playing as Duane. Load up a new game and begin your quest.
2) Find a Sanctuary - When you find your first Idol (Greed, Death, or Love) sleep and enter the dream world. There you will meet Marguerite, Duane's interest. After some chatter, nothing will be accomplished in this first encounter. Keep playing and sleep at the next sanctuary. Now, you should meet Bertrand, Marguerite's new fiancee. There is a dueling challenge to obtain these two achievements:

3) Keep playing and sleeping - It may take a few more levels but eventually, so long as you continually sleep and play the duelling challenges, Bertrand will appear alone (Margeurite not sitting in her chair). Walk up to him and press the A button to begin a cutscene. The achievement will unlock immediately.
