How to unlock the At Home in the Dark achievement

    Actions
    After you complete the game once on any difficulty you will have the option to play New Game+ which is the same as starting a new game with the bonus of keeping all the Relics, Talents, and Essence from your last playthrough. You can also use it to level select.

    Just choose whatever difficulty you like and play through the game a second time. If you choose this playthrough to play on "Don" difficulty for the Don of Darkness achievement, don't be too concerned. The hardest difficulty on this game is actually very easy compared to many other games.

    MissFuchsiaFire@Minute Horizons: So you think if you watch that part where Johnny tells "the story so far" then it won't save your stuff from the last game? But if you start again fro chapter select there is still hope? That would be a good thing to know. I just wanted to make sure I understand what you're saying. I'll copy and paste your comment directly into the solution if that's what happened to you 'cause that could definitely help a lot of people out if they have the same problem...

    Minute HorizonsWell, I started playing the New game + "from the beginning" and none of my talents or relics were there. Basically starting a new game.
    I played up to where you get to the pool hall to search for Swifty(?) and decided i would try selecting a specific mission to see if that would help. After selecting the mission from the list I had all of the talents I had previously unlocked and all my relics.
    One thing to note was that, when completed, a new game + mission will be scored out in the chapter select menu. I noticed that none of the chapters that I had completed "From the beginning" playthrough had been marked. Pretty sure I saw on a different forum that someone's new game + achievement hadn't unlocked for them, this may be why.

    AGrlHasNoName23Just a little add on at the end of the game where you are asked to choose between staying with Jenny or The Asylum make sure you choose the ASYLUM, i chose jenny and the achievement did not pop..
